This session will also explore working with a vendor through these projects and how they have worked together for a successful implementation.
- Exploring the technology MTR are using including CBTC, ATS and ATC and the case study of how these were implemented successfully- including a look at lessons learned and best practice
- Analysing how to work on a Brownfield site VS a Greenfield site and the MTR’s experience of how to make a Brownfield site work
- Working with a vendor throughout projects and creating successful outcomes for all parties involved
