3:50 PM Creating an Effective Change Management Strategy through Collaborating People and Technology to Maximise the Impacts of Digital Rail
Creating a true change management strategy that is effective is difficult to achieve. Often these strategies do not go beyond hiring a cultural change consultant and training employees. Fiona is passionate about creating culture change that is actually effective, but it requires sufficiently considering your people and your citizens.
- Looking at the relationship of com-ops to sufficiently consider you people and the outcome for citizens with a well defined strategy
- Focusing on systems engineering to become central to the organisation and ensuring you address continuous improvement of systems maintenance
- Bringing in new stakeholders to the industry including education to ensure we can effectively manage the skills gap within rail to be able to implement digital and automation
- Discussing Transport for NSW’s approach to these strategies with the rail Technology Campus and a partnership with the University of Sydney’s Engineering faculty.
